7-10’s

The 7-10 year old groups are set up to challenge and increase the kids balance, coordination,
flexibility, and overall fitness. During the hour long session the kids will experience a dynamic warm-up, running through speed ladders, jumping over small hurdles, carrying medicine balls, balancing on disks, relays on the turf and track, and much more. 11-13

The goal for the 11 to 13 year olds is to make each participant more athletic. This begins by teaching them the proper speed mechanics so that they become faster. Acceleration and top end speed mechanics are taught and practiced on the track. In addition to speed, agility drills and mechanics are also taught on the turf. 14-18’s

The goal for the 14 to 18 year olds is to make each participant more athletic. This begins by teaching them the proper speed and agility mechanics, but at a much faster pace than the 11-13 year olds.
